Current demand of the education system:


-The aims of education, on pragmatic grounds,
could be summed up as follows:
 To think logically and develop a spirit of
inquisitive thinking.
 To develop mental abilities for survival and for
earning a livelihood.
 To work in a cooperative but highly competitive
environment dominated by rapidly growing and
changing technologies.
 Technology oriented and vocation rich-
dominated system
 The tender and young minds should not be
chained to tough syllabi and stress of
examinations.
 Let the students come out of the academic shells.
 They should be groomed for life and not for
degrees.
 Schools are the nurseries of our civilization. If
the nurseries are healthy and morally upright,
the final crops would be assets to the society and
for the nation.

- The need of the hour is that education should
shift from passive absorption to action oriented
and participative learning, rigid daily teaching
sessions to flexible schedules, theoretical sweet
nothings to technical and practical knowledge
base.
- Keeping in mind the pace of growth of human
society, the word ‘vocation’ should be added to

people often leave for foreign countries in search
of better working environment and pay package on
account of unemployment. This concept of taking
education in a country but earning for another is
known as brain drain.

manpower to western co untries for more
lucrative opportunities.

and training of the professionals- doctors,
engineers, IIT graduates and it is seen that one
out of every three of these settles in USA.

brain drain.

- The opportunities inside the country suddenly seem
small and worthless in front of the starry image of
the west.

developed country name to flaunt, has led people
into migrating their working areas from their native
place to a western country.

- The youth needs to understand that India is no


less than other countries.
- Progress in all spheres; science and technology,
Education, MNC’s and BPO’s which employ
thousands of youth.
- There is no doubt that India is having vast
natural and man power resources. If both these
resources are put to the maximum utilization
astounding advancement can be achieved in all
fields. These technical and other talented reasons
that we lose every year, can greatly help in the
development of our natural resources.
- The government must take speedy steps to lure
back home these talented sons of India who are
- living abroad. These experts can surely help in
making India a great power in the world.
- The country has already achieved the nuclear
status as well as become a space power. There
are enough opportunities for all the Indian
scientists and engineers settled abroad, if they
come back to India.
- They should play an important role in future
progress of our country and share the honour of
participating in this sacred task.
