EGGLESS WHEAT CHOCOLATE ORANGE CUPCAKE RECIPE: makes 15 cupcakes:

WHEAT FLOUR = 1 ½ CUPS

COCOAPOWDER= ¼ CUP

SUGAR= ¾ CUP ( I have used ¼ cup brown sugar + ½ cup granulated sugar)

BAKING POWDER= 1 ½ TSP

BAKING SODA= ¾ TSP

OIL = ½ CUP

BUTTER MILK = 1 ½ CUP ( ½ CUP CURDS/YOGURT + 1 CUP MILK)

ORANGE CRUSH= ¼ CUP

VANILLA ESSENCE = 1TSP.

COFFEE DECOCTION = 1TBSP ( ADD 1TSP INSTANT COFFEE POWDER TO 1TBSP WARM WATER)

METHOD: preheat oven @180degrees. Line in 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases. This batter
quantity is more so you can use 2 or 3 cupcake cases extra. Sift the flour +cocoapowder +
bakingpowder+bakingsoda 4 to 5 times and keep it aside. Put oil + sugar and half the butter milk in a
bowl and beat well until thoroughly mixed. Add the flour mixture to this in parts and mix along with
remaining buttermilk and vanilla essence. Now add the orange crush and mix well. Donot over mix.
Spoon the mixture into the paper cases, bake in the preheated oven for 25mins ( kindly set your oven
timings and temperature as per your oven settings.) Remove from the oven and leave to cool
completely. Dip the orange slices in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle little sea salt and refrigerate for
15mins . use this as yummy topper for the cupcake before serving. Have yummy , orangy,chocolatey
