To Whom it May Concern:

This is a letter of recommendation for Samantha Wiederkehr. I have known Samantha in several
different capacities and for nearly 5 years. When I first met Samantha in the fall of 2015, she was a high
school student, who had just turned 16 and was applying to be an assistant teacher at the childcare
center I was the director at. After interviewing her, I went with my gut instinct that she had a good head
on her shoulders and would be a great addition to our team. Never could I have imagined what a
hardworking, responsible, nurturing, and caring individual she was, especially at her young age.
Samantha continued to work for me at the childcare center until she moved to Arizona for school in the
fall of 2018. The summer of 2019, Samantha was a nanny for my three young children (5,3 & 3). She
was not only the hardworking employee I knew her to be, but she was also extremely reliable and never
missed a single day. She was flexible with my hours and needs for my children. She also kept the
children happy and busy with fun field trips, arts and crafts and projects while also doing educational
activities. She built an everlasting bond with my children.

Her work ethic and her love for life and others is what is going to make her a fantastic nurse. I have no
doubt in my mind that her strength and determination that has gotten her to where she is will continue
to lead her to her desired destination of wanting to be an essential healthcare employee. If all people
could exude Samantha’s kindness and happiness, the world would truly be a better place.
