Yesid Sayago

Questions:

1. What is one of the most common regrets dying people, particularly men,
have?
R. One of the most common regrets of dying men is: I wish I had not worked so
hard.

2. When dying people are asked about their regrets, what are the most common
themes they mention?
R. The most common themes are: I wish I had the courage to live a life faithful to
myself, not to the lives of others, I wish I had not worked so hard, I wish I had the
courage to express my feelings, I wish I had been in contact with My friends and I
wish I had been happier.

3. In the article they mentioned that happiness is a choice. What do you think
this means?
R. I believe that happiness is an election because it is something that if we do not
live it instantly, there will always be regret not having enjoyed the moment and that
is why we always say that it is something that we are sorry not to have done.

A. Using the answers from part A question 2, describe how things would have been
different if they had changed their actions in each situation. Read the example
below:

Personally I also share the same thought related to if I find myself in the same
situation of being agonized, I would regret working so much and not taking more
time for my family and for me and the way I try to change that will be That from
now on I will start to enjoy many more free time with my family regardless of the
different adversities that one meets daily in the way.

Also have to know how to differentiate the moments when one is at work should be
focused on it and when one is in family should be one hundred percent to enjoy
every moment next to them because you never know what the last day will be next
from them.
