to amend the Railways Act, 1890

Preamble
WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Railways Act, 1890 (IX
of 1890), in its application to the Province of West Pakistan in the manner
hereinafter appearing;

It is hereby enacted as follows:—

Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Railways (West Pakistan Amendment)
Act, 1964.
2. In the Railways Act, 1890 (IX of 1890), in its application to the Amendment of
Province of West Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), in section 35 Act
section 3, clause (14) shall be omitted. IX of 1890.
3. In the said Act, in section 42-B, the words "and minimum" shall Amendment of

4. In the said Act, section 45 and section 46 shall be omitted. Amendment of
