Subject: Application regarding University Certificates and Transcript Status

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to request you for information about my university certificates and transcript
status. I was enrolled in Kathmandu University, School of Engineering program, B. E. in Electrical
and Electronics, from the time period 2009-2013. My university registration number is 010625-09
and my date of birth is 18/11/1991.
For some reasons, I have not taken the transcript and certificates, and would like to know about
the status and obtaining process of these certificates. I have decided to apply for my Master’s
degree program in an Australian Institutions for my higher education. These certificates are of
utmost importance for the application process & upcoming interview that I will be undertaking for
admission in Master’s program.
Therefore, I would like to request for updated information about my certificate and transcript
status. I will highly appreciate it if this matter is considered on priority basis as it is obliged for
providing updated information as soon as possible.
