II. Scope of works

Design Including Sign and Seal of the Following Plans

Drawing Description

• Civil Structural Plans Full Set (Including Structural Analysis)

• Electrical Plans Full Set (Including Design Analyis, Short Circuit Calculation and Voltage Drop,
Load Schedule, Single Line Diagram, Lighting and Power Lay-outs)
• Plumbing/Sanitary Plans Full Set (Including Interior Sewerage, Drainage and Vent System
design, Riser Diagram, Rough-in plumbing diagram/Lay-out, Main Water-Line)

III. Cost of Servic

• Civil Structural Plans - Php 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand pesos only)
• Electrical Plans - Php 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand pesos only)
• Plumbing/Sanitary Plans - Php 10,000 (Ten Thousand pesos only)

Total Cost of Service = Php40,000 (Forty Thousand pesos only)

IV. Inclusion

• Printing of 5 set of Blueprinted plans

• Building Permit Forms Sign and Seal

V. Exclusion

• Occupancy Permit (Additional Cost) (If necessary)

• Site Visit (Php 2500 per visit) (if necessary)

1. Every Concrete Pouring, Inspection of Rebar lay-out need to be check if followed the
plan (Civil/Structural Engineer)
2. Electrical Inspection (Electrical Engineer)

VI. Terms of Conditions

Terms of Payment

• 50% - Down Payment

• 50% - Upon delivery of the Signed and Sealed Plans

• Duration: 15 calendar days
