III. Materials: Sandy soil, loam soil or garden soil, thin clothyrubber band,
similar amount of water, 2 plastic soda bottle (cut in half) <==,
IV. Procedure:
1. Prepare a container using a soda bottle as shown in the picture. 4
2, Tie a piece of thin cloth at the mouth of the bottle to allow the water out.
1. Place same amount of sandy and loam soil into the 2 prepared containers.
2. Pour the same amount of water in each bottle. Observe what will happen.
3, Measure the height of water collected using a ruler.
