Today, I’m gonig to talk about a new way to help people get fit.

As you know many people spend a lot of time sitting working from their computer.

You can do exercises from home with the help of isometric exercises.

Isometric exercises are a way to get fit without doing any movement. To do these exercises
you only need to use your body weight to lose weight. This is because you create tension in
your muscles which helps to strengthen and burn fat.

This training wants to simulate that you are pushing something that is impossible to move, for
example pushing a wall and pulling a rope.

You will get fit when you feel like your muscles are burning.

because you could injury.
