We are trying our best to bring excellency in every field as we can and you know very well no-one is perfect in this world and there is always scope at the top and there is no limit of excellency also. ‘As you know the students are proceeding in winter vacations on 20" Dec and reporting on 20" Jan 2019, except class 10", they will proceed on 30™ Dec in the evening and reporting on 20" Jan 2019. All the parents are requested to ensure that the students must study under their guidance during vacations, So that, they can do well in their 2" pre-board exams and pre-annual exam (for class 10 and 11°) to be conducted w.e-f. 22” of Jan 2019 and their annual exam will be started from 15" of Feb 20189. It is also to inform you that some of the students are very poor in their studies, we tried our hard even then they are unable to improve, their parents are requested to look into it. Otherwise we have to detain them in the same class. The result of annual exam of class IX and XI will be declared on 2" of March and their classes will be started in the first week of March to save the time especially of board classes, so that they can prepare themselves for competitive exams, The Annual Exam from class V TO Vill will be conducted in March,the resuit will be deciared on 31st of March. The students will be taken on excursion to outside. The students who do not want to go on Excursion, they can go to their native place only for 5 days i.e. from 25" to 30" March.
