Information to our guests by the business manager …......

Dear guests,
Now more than ever your health is our top priority.
Due to the latest C0VID-19 alerts, we are taking all appropriate measures to protect
our visitors and staff. Currently, staff are being trained in the new operating rules.
We are equipped with all the means to disinfect the rooms after checking out our
guests. We are closely monitoring all the new rules of the Health ministry ,
European union and and local authorities.
Due to the latest notifications, we take the following measures to protect our visitors
and staff:
-Accordingly to health and tourism ministry and to the health protocols we try to
minimize the physical contact between our gusts and our employees , but you can
always contact us via e-mail to...........or with a call or text to ….......
- A special coordinator has been appointed as the person in charge to ensure that
all health and safety measures determined by government orders are implemented.
- Temperature checks are required from all managers, employees, and contractors
upon arrival at the villa
- We provide each member of the staff with adequate personal protection
measures.
-There is special equipment (medical kit) in the event of an accident.
- In each apartment there is antiseptic with at least 60% alcohol for use.
- Disinfection of keys.
-TV's and air conditioner's controls will cover with disposable plastic cover which will
be change on every customer .
- Cleaning rooms with steam cleaner
- We keep a file with the details of the guests that will be hosted at the villa (name,
nationality, date of arrival, departure day, telephone number, e-mail, address).
- Departure time at 10:00 and check in at 16:00
- On your arrival, you will receive a form with your details (name, passport number,
phone number, country, nationality), you can ether fill the form or send e-mail to
with the requested information
- There will be no mid week change of towels and cleaning services will not be
regular during the stay in the villa.
– The towels for the room and the pool will be packed .
On your arrival you will find sufficient towel amount for your stay
The used and dirty ones that you no longer need must be placed in the
plastic bag that you will find in the closet and left in the laundry bin .
-Mid week cleaning can be arrange upon your request send e-mail to or with a

In order to do that you will have to leave the villa at least 20 min before the arrival of
our employee and return to the villa at lest 20 min after our employee has left.
The estimate of cleaning time is about 2 hours
-If your staying exceeding the week you will find in closet an extra set of bed linen
in order to to make the change of sheets by our staff the your request is needed
and the same procedure must be follow.
- A safe distance must be maintained (between 1,5m and 2m) between guests and
staff at all times
-Visitors are not allowed to the villa .
-Swimming pool's measurement will be taken early every morning .
-Garbage and recycling collection and garden watering will be taking place early
every morning .
- Wash both hands regularly with soap and water.
-Open the windows to renew the air in the room every day .
-If you feel unwell during your stay: contact the business manager with text or e-mail
for advice on what to do next.
- Let us know via email or text about any of your special wishes and needs such as
renting cars , boats or information for restaurants , local sights etc .
