CERTIFICATION ON DURATION OF SERVICE

I, ABC, in my capacity as the Managing Director of B (“B”), a corporation duly organized

and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with principal office at Makati
City, Metro Manila, to the best of my knowledge, do hereby certify as follows:

1. B and A TECH (“A”) entered into an Agreement (“Agreement”) to govern the provision
whereby A (as “Service Provider”), committed to create and manage for B (as “Subscriber”)
and participating B Members (“B Members”), a Software through the use of AA Platform and
such other services set forth in Exhibit A of the Agreement and further defined under a
Subscription Proposal dated June 25, 2018.

2. As represented, none of the employees of A shall stay in the Philippines to render of

perform any part of the Agreement.

3. This Certification is being issued for the purpose of complying with the requirements
of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in connection with A’s application for tax treaty relief under
the Convention Between the Republic of the Philippines and the State of Israel for the
Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on
Income for the service fees paid and/or to be paid by B to A under the Agreement.
