The film is about Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett, two polices and best friends,
part of the Antinarcotic Division of the police in Miami. One day, 100 million of
dollars was stolen of secure police vault. This one of the most important seizure of
the drugs in their career and if they don’t recover the drugs, the department will
close. Mike ask for help to his informant and his ex-girlfriend, Maxine “Max”, for
research people that get rich in a little bit time. She goes with her best friend Julie,
she is called by possible suspect that is Eddie Dominguez for a party. But his boss
Fouchet discover to Eddie with drugs and Fouchet kill Eddie and Max, but Julie
escape.

Julie called to police but she only want to talk with Mike because is person that
Max want, but Mike is not in police center, and Marcus replace them, taking Mike
life and Mike take Marcus life. They go to hell Club to search the murder of Max,
but Julie goes to place to revenge and but murderers discover and her, and they
chase the police, but Mike kill them but are catching with local news.
