The defaulting tenant is not in occupation of any other property of the company. 4. The company has taken all reasonable steps fo institute legal proceedings for the recovery of the unpaid rent. Recovery of Unpaid Rent (Section 1SA(2)] Where an unpaid rent allowed as a deduction and subsequently during any tax year the company has recovered wholly or partly of such rent, the amount so Tecovered shall be chargeable to tax in the tax year in which it is recovered.
