Dear FOIA Officer:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Please provide a copy of the list of prohibiting firearms offenses that is called the Misdemeanor
Crime of Domestic Violence (“MCDV”) list. I understand that this is a list of all misdemeanor domestic
violence crimes that prohibits individuals from purchasing and/or possessing firearms and that it is
maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

I am willing to pay up to $100 for the processing of this request. Please inform me if the estimated
fees will exceed this limit before processing my request. As I understand the MCDV list is maintained in
an electronic format, you may satisfy this request by producing the list in electronic format to
stephen@sdslaw.us.
