Recommendation

1. The working students composed a considerable percentage of the whole

population. Financial concerns are the reason why the students had to employ in

part time jobs to sustain their studies. The school should formulate policies that

will decongest these special students from unnecessary extracurricular activities

in school.

2. Working students employed in institutions or workplaces should be encouraged.

Although the employment status does not affect the students.

3. The school administration should recognize the existence of the working student

as part of the school community. Value seminars and other related topics like

time management, study strategies, etc. should be conducted to assist these

working students and other students as well to cope up with the pressure.

4. The school being the beneficiary of the income of the influx of students coming

in, should tap and be on the alert to accommodate and organization offering

scholarship, grants and similar offers in behalf of the students.

5. Further research should be done, this time studying the experiences of the

working scholar.
