Alumni Mentorship Program (MBA 2020-22) Guidelines

A. General: -
1. The Alumni mentorship program also called i-mentorship is
aimed to provide guidance and hand-holding to the batch of
MBA 2020-22.
2. Mentorship in this program shall be provided by a team of
carefully chosen alumni, each one of which is the master of
his/her craft.
3. The program is aimed to provide academic as well as
corporate/industry exposure to the mentees.
4. This program is managed solely by Team ARC.

B. Duration: -
5. The program has a de-facto duration of 3-months
6. ARC reserves the right to extend/shorten the duration of
the program based on its inherent discretion.

C. Format: -
7. As mentioned above in clause 3, this program will be aimed
at providing academic as well as industrial exposure.
8. The program will be divided into 3 phases namely
a. General (helps with general skills required for MBA
graduate)
b. Domain-specific (helps you with the domain of your
choice)
c. Role-specific (Helps you align your
skills/certification etc. to your preferred role)
9. More details of each will be provided before the start of
each phase
10. The mentorship will be done through webinars and physical
interactions (condition permitting) along with assignments
and review sessions.

D. Eligibility: -
11. The enrolment is free, purely voluntary, and based on the
sole choice of individuals.
E. Terms and conditions: -
12. Provided that a student joins the mentorship. The following
rules become binding on him/her
a. The student is required to attend all
meets/events/webinars that he/she is asked to.
b. The student has to complete and submit all the
assignments given to him/her in the allotted time by
the alumni, showcasing the highest quality of work
c. Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all
tasks/events assigned to him/her.
d. To not disclose any information or details of this
program, alumni mentors, their works or any similar
things to anyone without the prior approval of ARC and
the Alumni in question
e. Any other rule that ARC members tell during the process
of mentorship.

13. In the unlikely case that a student, due to situations


beyond his control violates any provision given in clause
12, he/she must inform the same on the earliest to ARC.
14. ARC retains the final say on defaults of students and
reserves the right to take any action as deemed fit.

Notes: -
 ARC reserves sole right to add/edit/delete any provision in
this document under its sole discretion.
 The Office of Chairperson, ARC reserves the right to give
the final decision if the situation arises as such.
 There are other mentorship programs, we urge students to
participate in them as well for their benefits
