Mexican cuisine has a wide variety of products that allow you to season your dishes with intense

flavors and different qualities. Its regional dishes are surprising for the palate of the millions of
tourists that visit the country.

“ENCHILADAS”

This dish consists of corn tortillas stuffed with beef, chicken, turkey or pork, and cheese, which
are baked to be slightly crispy.

“Pozole”

This strong soup, whose basic ingredient is corn and depending on the region, adds the type of
meat and complementary ingredients such as avocado, lettuce, radish, cheese, pork and, of
course, chili in sauce or powder. To give it its spicy touch.

“Guacamole”

It is a sauce made with avocado. The most common ingredients are avocado, onion, green clile
and a few drops of lemon, although many people add roasted tomato, dry or fresh.

“Tabasco”

This spicy flavor sauce is prepared with red tabasco chile, vinegar, salt and water, all macerated
in oak barrels. It is originally from the Mexican state of Tabasco (hence its name).

Tequila

Tequila is an alcoholic drink originally from the municipality of Tequila, in the state of Jalisco.
Considered the best known internationally and representative of the country.

Tepache

It is another fermented drink very popular in Mexico, although its alcohol level is quite low. Its
flavor is similar to that of beer, except that it has a sweet touch.
