A healthy lifestyle involves many choices and a change when it comes to

eating. Next, I'll tell you what to eat and not:

Drinking many glasses of water, about 1.5 liters a day is too important.
Sometimes it is necessary to have a cup of coffee to retake strength which
helps with diseases such as diabetes.

It is very important to eat any fruit; like a mango, a grape wedge or an

orange. Just a little acidic fruits, as these can lead to a disease like gastritis.

Eating a little cereal at breakfast gives us energy and they are rich in multiple
vitamins and minerals; another option is any calcium-rich food such as a
glass of milk or yogurt.

It is very important to eat many vegetables at lunchtime. A little salad with

some sautéed vegetables, some eggs with herbs, a little flour and can be
accompanied with any protein.

A balanced and light dinner should contain a lot of raw or cooked

vegetables, lots of lean protein foods (meat, fish or eggs) and little feculine
foods (bread, pasta, cereals and legumes).

It is not recommended to eat some high-fat meals such as junk meals, as

consuming a lot can lead to a disease such as cholesterol.

As an additional advice it is not advisable to skip some meal.
