My Reflection
In this Musical in title of “Huling El Bimbo” show the Five Reality of Life.
First is the DREAMS/ GOALS, everyone of us dream to be successful to be professional
and to be known or in short to be fame. So we study very hard just to finish our studies and do
make our goals in life.
Second having a TRUE FRIENDS, a true friends who always there to your ups and
downs, who took care of you, and having a goals together.
Third is having a PROBLEMS, all of us had a problems even if it is a big or small, but
we need to face it just to make us strong person.
Four, is a REAL SOCIETY, a society that makes our life stronger because in a real life
situation we are not in the same level of life. Others are rich, others are in the middle class of
life, and poor or poorest in life. Totally sad but it’s all true. And this four Reality of Life that
Emman, Anthony, Hector and Joy’s show in the story.
And last, is TRUE LOVE, we always ask others how to find a true love? But the real
question is..Did you love yourself?, because for me a true love came in yourself first, you need to
love yourself before love others. Because once you love yourself, you can make yourself
stronger and better. Like Joy who always wait to love her and to took care of her. She thinks that
Hector love her but not. She always think that his friends is always there to her but not and last
She always think that she can but not.
Joy is one of the woman who i admired because she is a strong woman, who can do
everything for her family (Tiyang Dely and her daughter Ligaya), Friends (Emman and
Anthony) and his love (Hector). She always end up saying “Kaya ko yan” but in her deep feeling
“kinakaya niya lang”. She always think her friends, she never forget them even if they forget her.
And she is a kindest, caring and loving mother of her daughter Ligaya like our mother treat to us.
They make sacrifices just to make our life better. And don’t trust others who make our life in
danger like Banlao, who make Joy’s life at risk.
So in the end of the story, it make me realizes what @justWriteJenn in her twitter account
said“ Ang Huling El Bimbo taught me na “ na hindi lahat ng kasama mo sa saya at ligaya ay
makakasama mo rin sa lungkot at pait. In the end, you only got yourself. You’ve got to be your
own HERO because everyone is busy trying to save themselves.
