My week

Today I am going to explain 5 activities from the last week, in my desk I did all my activities

My first activity is every morning I ran the open work order report, I was concentrated, I didn’t need
interruptions because I reviewed 300 or 200 open work orders, I sent email to supervisors, team leaders,
Orlando Aguilar and Rafael Contreras, those emails were important,

My second activity is I ran open MRF report to review my open MRFs, I asked vendors for credit for
damage components, this activity was tedious, the most annoying vendor was POS SURPLUS because he
asked me for pictures, serials number and engineering approval,

My third activity is I Reviewed the non-conforming Report because I looked for pending’s in the
inventory control support area, we were behind, we worked until late, I was stressed, I needed to finish
before Friday,

My fourth activity is I received credit from some MRF’s, and I resolve MRF’s, I created RTV PO for the
units to be sent I relaxed listening music, I was relieved, I was ahead,

My fifth activity is I ran the inventory valuation report, I filtered the product type column to look for
components then, I filtered to Part zone and Pcs zone, I Sent email with report and the detail
information it was very important to not have components without movements
