Attached are five alternative designs for the ferry queue redesign effort.

(Alternative 1 is a no-build option.)

Our engineer is recommending alternative 4 as the preferred alternative.

The design calls for entering the queue from Wiggins and maintains full
access to the Railroad Museum. Parking spaces have been included for ferry
workers and the seaport museum and some green space has been added.
This version resolves most of the comments from the NYSDOT and also
addresses concerns expressed by some stakeholders.
