Executive Order No. 2020-____

Reiteration to All NOA – HOA within Barangay Silangan

WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 202-018: otherwise known as the Guides Action Againts -
Corona Virus in conjunction with the communication sent by the Regional Director – DILG Rizal
Province.

WHEREAS, In this regard, All Punong Barangay and other Barangay Officials to strictly implement
the guidelines/ protocols and other measures in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

WHEREAS, The Office of the Punong Barangay do hereby mandate all NOA- HOA officers and
members to assist in the strict implementation and compliance to the measures stated
forthwith:

WHEREAS, The below guidelines shall at all times be implemented and adhered to by all
residents within the Barangay
1. The minimum health standards/ measures in accordance with the DOH Guidelines
1.1 Wearing of Mask at all times outside the residence
1.2 Physical/ Social Distancing should always be practiced.
1.3 Regular handwashing and sanitation
1.4 Discourage gathering and eating together in communal areas
1.5 Keeping to a minimum the number of participants and with short duration if
meetings need physical presence .
1.6 Curfew hours is in effect to all minors and non-work related persons outside their
respective residences from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

NOW THEREFORE, I, Larisa N, Adora, Punong Barangay of Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal by virtue of
the power vested in me DO HEREBY ORDER that the above mentioned guidelines be strictly
implemented ad adhered to, and violations thereof shall be subject to all existing penalty and
sanctions.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
