2-vessel-brewhouse, for 5 hl cast wort/brew, grist max. 120 kg/brew,
complete in stainless steel, brewvessels at top close and free standing on 3
height adjustable feet, with mobile operating platform in s/s, built in 2015,
there were made only 20 brews with this brewhouse, in very good condition.
-Mash- / Wort vessel, in stainless steel, wall isolated and fully with stainless
steel welded, gas direct fired with gas burner up to 37 kW, with agitator with
speed control over frequency transformer, drive from top ~60 U/min, with
manway, with spray head, water inlet, temperature monitoring throu digital
temperature sensor and thermometer PT100 with measuring transducer,
vapour condensation with vapour pipe DN100 into gully, outlet
-Mash-/Wort pump, 1-stage circulating pump, frequency controlled, with s/s
hood
-Lautertun/Whirlpool, in stainless steel, wall and bottom isolated and fully s/s
welded, with 2-arm s/s raking machine with s/s knifes, drive from top ~3
