Microsoft Teams – Student Guide

1. Make sure you have your Office 365 applications downloaded


(Microsoft Teams is part of O365)

2. Click on the links our Director of Correspondence has been sending out
in her emails

3. Once you click either link, you will be redirected to this page. You can
also access Microsoft Teams through the web app. Click on “Open
Microsoft Teams”
4. After clicking the link through the web app or the installed app, you will
see the “BAP&AS Board Office Hours” and “BAP&AS Speaking
Engagements” Teams

5. All our scheduled speaking engagements will be in the “Speaking


Engagements” Channel
6. To RSVP, click on any of the Speaking Engagements that are posted,
and you will then see the option to “Add to Calendar” this will add the
speaking engagement to your student email.

7. If you would like to add the events to your personal email, First go to
outlook.office.com/calendar or clicking the “calendar” tab on Outlook.
Then press “Share” and send it to your preferred email address.
