B35 Directorate General of Civil Aviation — jal ppb ata Syatt Pal Gh pla Atal Sy tall Circular No. 45/2 ‘To all Airlines and Ground Handling Companies operating at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport Required procedure for the passengers arriving to Lebanon starting July 31, 2020 In compliance with the Couneil of Ministers decision dated on June 28,2020, All airlines and Ground Handling Companies operating at BRHIA must follow the following instructions: First: All passengers arriving to Lebanon: 1. All Passengers arriving to Lebanon must perform PCR test in a Lab, certified by the countries Local authorities latest 96 hours before departure to Lebanon and to show the test result at check-in counters, Passengers not having negative PCR test result are not allowed to board the plane departing to Lebanon 2. All Passengers arriving to Lebanon must complete the Medical form issued by Lebanese Ministry of Public Health before their arrival to Lebanon, this form will be available electronically through the fink htips://areg.is/0GaDuG. Passengers will be informed by the tests results within 48 hrs from their arrival date at the airport, during that time they should remain at the hotels. Afier that they shall be home quarantined for 72 hrs, during which they will be subject to another PCR test, and shall stay at home until they are informed by the test result mptions Passengers who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week are exempted from doing PCR tests at their departure station, and they will be subject to a PCR test upon arrival to BRHIA. All relevant previous circulars are considered cancelled and all airlines shall comply with this ci starting from 31/7/2020, otherwise violating airlines will be fined.
