Requirement 1:

Easy Studying is a service business which provides students online tuitions. It makes it easy for students
to study online and prepare for exams to get good grades.

Functions of Corporation:

 Provide students online tuition.

 It easy for them to study at anytime of a day.
 The tutors don’t need to go to the house of students they can teach from their homes.
 The payment method of student is online payment service.
 Teacher will get there pay cheque via tcs.

Requirement 2:

The problem which students are facing is interruption in studying due to network problem in our
corporation.

Requirement 3:

The systems approach to problem solving used a systems orientation to define problems and
opportunities and develop solutions. Studying a problem and formulating a solution involve the
following interrelated activities:

1. Recognize and define a problem or opportunity using systems thinking.

2. Develop and evaluate alternative system solutions.
3. Select the system solution that best meets your requirements.
4. Design the selected system solution.
5. Implement and evaluate the success of the designed system.

1. Defining problems or opportunities: The problem is that the students are facing network issues
which interrupt their studies.
2. Alternative system solutions: The following are the systems solutions.
 To repair the existing network system
 We can change the whole network system with other network company to avoid future
problems.
3. System solution: The system solution that we choose is that we will change the whole network
system.
4. Design of solution: Hire other network company and replace the whole network system with theirs’.
5. Implementation and evaluation: Hire new company and replace the network with them. Evaluate
that system and check if there is any problem. Contact students and ask for their feedbacks.
 Requirement 4:
Conclusion: The students are satisfied with new system and they are studying without any
interruption. This means that the solution which we had chosen is the best for the clients and for the
company too.
