DEED OF GIFT

This deed of Gift is made on this the twenty five day of October two thousand and sixteen
(25/10/2016).

BETWEEN

Shri Dinesh Chaudhory, aged about 58 years, s/o Viru Chaudhory r/o Polo, East Khasi Hills,
Meghalaya (herein after called the DONOR) of the FIRST PART.

AND

Shri Sengsrang Ahmed, aged about 23 years, s/o Dhiraj Ahmed r/o Polo, East Khasi Hills,
Meghalaya (herein after called the DONEE) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the said donor is the absolute donor in possession of the land herein after fully
describes in the schedule, situated in Pohksheh, Shillong , East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya measuring
about twenty (20) Sq ft. metres.

AND WHEREAS Shri Sengsrang Ahmed is the donor’s nephew who has looked after the donor’s
property for seven years. The said donor has great love and affection for the said done and is desirous out
of such natural love and affection to bequeaths the plot of land.

NOW THIS DEED OF GIFTH WITNESSES:

That in pursuance of the said intention and in consideration of natural love and affection which
the said donor has for the said donee, the said donor out of his own free will without fraud, coercion, or
undue influence from anybody whomsoever and in full possession of his sense does hereby gives, convey,
grant, transfer and confirm unto the said done a plot measuring twenty (20) Sq ft metres land and all the
privileges, profits advantages to the said land or premises:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said plot of land or premises, hereby gifted unto and to the used of
the said donee forever and absolutely:

THAT, the donee from the above mentioned date of execution shall be the absolute owner having
right, title, interest to whatsoever arising out of the gifted property.

THAT, the donee accepts the gift of property mentioned in the scheduled as testified by the donor
under or in trust of him.

SCHEDULE OF LAND

A plot of land measuring 120B-0K-0L located at village Pohksheh, Shillong, East Khasi Hills,
Meghalaya under Mouza No. IV-52 frees from all encumbrances and is bounded as follows:-

North:- Don Bossco School, Shillong

South:- Land of Mr. Chenang T Sangma

East:- National High Way 37

WEST:- Land of Holo Achumi.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said donor has here unto set and subscribed his signature and
delivered to the donor in the presence of the witnesses on the date, month and year above mentioned.
