and planning, it will order its production department accordingly. Once belts are ready, it will deliver as
per the agreed time to Hilal foods. Therefore it will not face the problem of the cost and wastage.

 The working relationship between the members throughout the supply chain

Example:
Gul Ahmed dispatches its goods to customers by TCS, and it has been delivered on time, so the
relationship among all members (TCS, GUL Ahmed, and customers) will improve..

 A company's supply chain management is effective by making superior design,

Example:
Between 1993 and 2006, Dell's profits and revenue increased due to the change in its strategy, planning,
and operations. Dell selling its product directly to end customers, and second is the centralization of
manufacturing and inventories in a few locations.

 Companies can adopt software to monitor stock by using barcode or IT devices

for tracking the location and movement of inventory to make the supply chain
effective.
