I hope this particular letter finds you and your family in the pink of your health.

With the belief that the life would be brighter than ever after this pandemic, I would like to introduce
myself to you.

My name is Kamal Dravid, I belong to Punjab, I like going out and meeting new people. I am adaptable
to the situations, good or bad, throughout my 27 years of existence in this world, I have learnt that
persistence is the key and if you keep on doing smaller portions of the job, consistently, nobody can
stop you from achieving your desired objective. I have completed MBA from Indian Institute of
Management Kashipur with Specializations in HR and Marketing. I have total experience of 2.2 years,
below is a snapshot of my profile.

In my latest role at Kohler, a 146 year old multinational brand, as Market Development Manager, I
was taking care of Punjab and Chandigarh area, stationed in Ludhiana. The role was a client facing
role, involved a spectrum of responsibilities, Hunting and farming the prospective clients for retail
expansion, looking out for partners who could help in better revenue collection for the firm, cross
functional, stakeholder management, keeping a track of the applications, smooth on-boarding and
maintaining relationship with the clients with the most transparent and ethical practices.

I had the fortune of working in a start up as well, which is different to any established company, I
have worked as a Business Development Manager for OYO Hotels and homes, Self operated business.
Proved myself by on-boarding more than 400 rooms in Punjab and Chandigarh region.

I have been a very active student in College as well, I love to write poems in Punjabi and Hindi. If you
are looking for a person who is adaptable, self-motivated,Target Oriented, good at negotiations with
some good communication skills.
