Technical knowledge:

Skill & Competencies: The skill-based job description is the traditional job description which
we maybe most familiar. Generally, its very straight forward and focuses on the specific skills
required of the person who will ultimately be in this position. However, competency-based job
description takes a more holistic approach to the process of outlining a particular position. It
mainly predicts past behavior and predict future performance i.e. to make the connection
between skills, knowledge and behavior. This is simply a candidate needs.

communication with others that is more effective and appropriate.
2. Adaptability- this means how a candidate can adapt the change in the work condition,
task or responsibility.
