Q.1 I have forgotten my URL?

Answer - You can retrieve your URL by logging in to rgpv.eduvita.in using your enrollment number
and DOB, Verify your all subjects once again, check all box’s, and click “View Exam URL” Copy
URL or you can save it.

प्रश्न - मैं अपना URL भू ल गया हूँ ?

उत्तर - आप अपने एनरोलमें ट नं बर और DOB का उपयोग करके rgpv.eduvita.in पर लॉग इन करके अपने URL
को पुनः प्राप्त कर सकते हैं । अपने सभी विषयों को एक बार विर से सत्यावपत करें , सभी बॉक्स की जाूँ च करें , और "
View Exam URL " पर क्लिक कर URL कॉपी करें या आप इसे Save कर सकते हैं ।

Q.2 I am clicking on the URL but my exam is not starting?

Answer - Possible Reasons are:

A) You are not using google Chrome as default browser, Kindly set google chrome
as default browser
B) Your Exam URL link is case sensative, please copy and paste your URL, do not
type it manually.
C) If you are unable to set Google chrome as default browser, Open chrome browser
and paste the URL which you have copied from URL file or from registration portal
on its address bar.

प्रश्न - मैं URL पर क्लिक कर रहा हं ले वकन मे री परीक्षा शु रू नहीं हो रही है ?

उत्तर - संभावित कारण हैं :

a) आप Google क्रोम को विफॉल्ट ब्राउज़र के रूप में उपयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं , कृपया Google क्रोम को विफॉल्ट
ब्राउज़र के रूप में सेट करें ।
b) आपका परीक्षा यूआरएल वलं क संिेदी है , कृपया अपने URL को कॉपी और पेस्ट करें , इसे मै न्युअल रूप से टाइप न
करें ।
c) यवद आप Google क्रोम को विफॉल्ट ब्राउज़र के रूप में सेट करने में असमर्थ हैं , तो क्रोम ब्राउज़र खोलें और उस
URL को पेस्ट करें वजसे आपने URL फाइल से या पंजीकरण पोटथ ल से कॉपी वकया है ।

Q.3 After entering DOB & Fathers name, I am not able to login using exam URL

Answer - Enter correct DOB format which you have used during registration, possible combination
are DD-MM-YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD and YYYY/MM/DD. Father’s name should
be as per university records, it is always available in RGPV smart card, in student login Portal and
in your previous marksheets. You can also login by entering only surname of your father’s name.

प्रश्न -DOB और वपता का नाम दजथ करने के बाद, मैं परीक्षा URL का उपयोग करके लॉवगन करने में सक्षम नहीं हं ।

उत्तर - पंजीकरण के दौरान आपने जो सही DOB िॉमे ट का उपयोग वकया है , DD-MM-YYYY, DD / MM / YYYY,
YYYY-MM-DD और YYYY / MM / DD दजथ करें । वपता का नाम विश्वविद्यालय के ररकॉिथ के अनु सार होना चावहए,
यह हमे शा आरजीपीिी स्माटथ कािथ में, छात्र लॉवगन पोटथ ल में और आपके वपछले माकथशीट में उपलब्ध होता है । आप
अपने वपता के नाम के केिल उपनाम को दजथ करके भी प्रिेश कर सकते हैं ।
Q.4 I am not getting proper network connection

Answer - Please choose a place where mobile network signals are proper.

प्रश्न -मु झे उवचत ने टिकथ कने क्शन नहीं वमल रहा है ।

उत्तर - कृपया ऐसी जगह चुनें जहाूँ मोबाइल ने टिकथ वसग्नल अच्छा हों।

Q.5 Is Exam open-book or not?

Answer - Yes, it is open-book exam.

प्रश्न -परीक्षा ओपनबुक है या नहीं?

उत्तर - हां , यह सभी छात्रों के वलए ओपनबुक है ।

Q.6 I am getting the message “Exam URL is invalid”

Answer - Kindly download the URL again from rgpv.eduvita.in using your enrollment & DOB.
And do not type it manually, only copy paste. Second reason for invalid URL may by incorrect
DOB.

प्रश्न - मु झे "परीक्षा URL अमान्य है " संदेश वमल रहा है ।

उत्तर - कृपया अपने नामां कन और DOB का उपयोग करके rgpv.eduvita.in से विर से URL िाउनलोि करें । और
इसे मै न्युअल रूप से टाइप न करें , केिल कॉपी पेस्ट करें । गलत DOB िॉमे ट अमान्य URL का दू सरा कारण हो सकता
है ।

Q.7 Camera is not starting, while logging in to exam portal.

Answer - Please provide camera permissions to google chrome, click “Allow” when chrome
prompts for camera permission.

प्रश्न - परीक्षा पोटथ ल में प्रिेश के दौरान, कैमरा शु रू नहीं हो रहा है ।

उत्तर - कृपया Google क्रोम को कैमरा अनु मवत प्रदान करें , जब कैमरा अनु मवत के वलए क्रोम संकेत दे ता है तो "
Allow" पर क्लिक करें ।

Q.8 What if my device hangs in between the exam?

Answer - Reboot your device and try again, In case of device failure, kindly shift to another device
immediately, your exam will continue from the point where the first device failed. Keep your URL
in your email so you can access it from anywhere.

प्रश्न – अगर परीक्षा के बीच में मे रा वििाइस वििल हुआ, तो क्या होगा?

उत्तर - अपने वििाइस को ररबूट करें और विर से प्रयास करें , वििाइस की वििलता के मामले में , कृपया तुरंत वकसी
अन्य वििाइस पर वशफ्ट करें , आपकी परीक्षा उस वबंदु से जारी रहे गी जहां पहला वििाइस वििल हुआ र्ा। अपने URL
को अपने ईमे ल में रखें तावक आप इसे कहीं से भी एक्सेस कर सकें।
Q.9 Will there be numericals in exam?

Answer - Yes, you have to find the correct answer.

प्रश्न – क्या एग्जाम में न्यू मेररकल होंगे?

उत्तर - हां , आपको सही उत्तर खोजना होगा।

Q.10 Do I need to appear in the exam using same device which I used during registration and
mock test?

Answer - No, you can use any device with proper internet connection.

प्रश्न – क्या मु झे उसी वििाइस का उपयोग करके परीक्षा में शावमल होना होगा वजसका मैं ने पंजीकरण और मॉक टे स्ट
के दौरान उपयोग वकया र्ा?

उत्तर - नहीं, आप उवचत इं टरने ट कने क्शन के सार् वकसी भी उपकरण का उपयोग कर सकते हैं ।

Q.11 Can I appear in the examination from my home?

Answer - You can appear in the examination from any suitable place with proper internet
connectivity.

प्रश्न – क्या मैं अपने घर से परीक्षा में बैठ सकता हूँ ?

उत्तर - आप उवचत इं टरने ट कने क्लिविटी के सार् वकसी भी उपयुक्त स्र्ान से परीक्षा में उपक्लस्र्त हो सकते हैं ।

Q.12 What about branch change students?

Answer - You have to appear in exam as per your current branch and you will get the question
papers which you have filled in your exam form.

प्रश्न – Branch बदलने िाले छात्रों के बारे में क्या?

उत्तर - आपको अपनी ितथमान Branch के अनु सार परीक्षा में उपक्लस्र्त होना है और आपको वही प्रश्न पत्र वमलें गे जो

आपने अपने परीक्षा िॉमथ में भरे हैं ।

Q.13 What if Power goes off in between the exam?

Answer - Kindly keep your devices fully charged before exam. Even if you leave exam in between,
exam will restart again from the point where you left the exam. In case if you are using the desktop
machine, kindly keep another device (mobile) ready with you to switch immediately.

प्रश्न – यवद परीक्षा के बीच पािर बंद हो जाए तो क्या होगा?

उत्तर - कृपया परीक्षा से पहले अपने उपकरणों को पूरी तरह से चाजथ रखें । यहां तक वक अगर आप बीच में परीक्षा छोड़
दे ते हैं , तो परीक्षा उस वबंदु से विर से शु रू हो जाएगी, जहां से आपने परीक्षा छोड़ी र्ी। यवद आप िे स्कटॉप मशीन का
उपयोग कर रहे हैं , तो कृपया तुरंत क्लिच करने के वलए एक और उपकरण (मोबाइल) तैयार रखें ।
Q.14 What if exam website “rgpvexam.in” gives the error “Ahead of exam time” and “your exam
is not scheduled today”?

Answer - Kindly check and set date and time correctly in your device & if the problem still persists
check you time table weather exam is scheduled for the day or not.

प्रश्न – यवद परीक्षा की िेबसाइट "rgpvexam.in" error दे ता है , “Ahead of exam time” और “your exam is not
scheduled today” तो क्या होगा?

उत्तर - कृपया अपने वििाइस में सही तरीके से तारीख और समय की जां च करें और यवद समस्या अभी भी बनी हुई है
तो आप समय सारणी की जां च करें वक परीक्षा की समय आज के वलए वनर्ाथ ररत है या नहीं।

Q.15 Subjects not matching on exam portal with subjects filled in exam form?

Answer - This is serious issue, kindly mail your subject change related queries to this mail address
rgpvexam2020_1@rgtu.net. No other type of mails will be entertained / replied on this email
address.

प्रश्न – परीक्षा िॉमथ में भरे गए विषयों के सार् परीक्षा पोटथ ल पर मे ल नहीं खा रहे हैं ?

उत्तर - यह गंभीर मु द्दा है , कृपया अपने विषय पररितथन संबंर्ी प्रश्नों को इस ईमे ल पते पर मे ल करें
