Executive Summary

Villacor Village Home Owners Association (VVHA) is an association of current residents and home
owners of Villacor Village located in Brgy. Langka, Meycauayan Bulacan. The thrust of VVHA is to
organize and assist the residents of the community in maintaining the general wellness, cleanliness and
security of the village and its inhabitants.

VVHA’s main concern and purpose is the realization of sustainable development in which the general
vicinity, the thorough fares and common public areas (clubhouse) are well maintained, cleaned and
repaired. Thusly, providing and ensuring a healthy living condition for its residents and home owners.

In order to realize its goals, the existing village association with the recommendation of its officers
invites all home owners or residents to join and help by becoming a member of VVHA. A monthly
membership of One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) shall be collected to help fund village projects.

Problem Statement and Rationale

The following articles provides for the proposed project

 Road repairs
o Potholes and uneven surfaces shall be repaired to lessen accidents caused by the
damages. Additionally, gutters will be cleaned so that rainfall would directly flow in the
underground sewage system preventing flooding.
 Community lighting
o Provide adequate lighting facilities to ensure safety for the residents. The same will be
used to generate lighting fixtures to the club house on occasions that guest and
residents of the village will use the facility.
 Monthly clean up
o A monthly clean up will be facilitated to cut down weeds and grass in the village to deter
breeding ground of insects such as flies and mosquitoes. The purpose of the same is also
for the general cleanliness of the community.
 Monthly bills funding
o Sufficient funding is needed for the payment of monthly consumption of lights in the
entirety of the village and the surrounding areas when needed.

Strategies of Implementation

1. Residents and homeowner would be invited and encouraged to become a member of the
association and required to pay One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) monthly membership fee to
provide for the funding of the organization.
2. A meeting will be held as needed or once a month for the discussion and report of the ongoing
community projects.

3. Existing members are encouraged to attend and report necessary repairs or concerns during the
meetings to properly address them. (submit the quotation of the damaged to be submitted to
LGU in to be included in the budget)

Deliverables

Officers or project leads of VVHA will deliver both technical and financial reports to the organization.
This will include details of the ongoing projects, status, materials purchased, challenges faced,
achievements realized, money spent and the community support.

Collaboration

VVHA has collaborated with the local government for the support and financial assistance as needed
for the accomplishment of the community projects. The residents and community is likewise
encouraged to provide support in various means as necessary.

Budget Proposal

The budget proposal shall be discussed and announced accordingly after the organization meeting.
The purpose of which is to gather all necessary concerns and deliberate the actual cost and timeline
of accomplishment for each project.

Conclusion

VVHA will adopt the policy of corporate good governance throughout the implementation process
of this project. This will ensure accountability and transparency in the management of resources.
