IMPORTANT:

PRACTICAL) EVEN IF ANY OF THE DATE IS SUBSEQUENTLY DECLARED AS
HOLIDAY.
2. THE INTEGRATED VOCATIONAL THEORY EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE OF
TWO HOURS DURRATION.
3. THE TIMING FOR INTERGRATED VOCATIONAL PRACTICAL SUBJECTS WILL
BE OF THREE HOURS DURATION.

4. FOR THE PROJECT EVALUATION AND VIVA-VOCE IN COMMERCE

STREAM, GROUPS ARE TO BE FORMED TAKING MINIMUM 32 STUDENTS
IN A GROUP. EVALUATION AND VIVA-VOCE TO BE COMPLETED FOR A
GROUP IN THREE HOURS.
5. THE EXAMINATIONS OF BIOLOGY (SECTION-A: BOTANY & SECTToN_B:
ZOOLOGY) FOR REGUALR STUDENTS WILL BE HELD IN A SINGLE
SITTING WITH A GAP OF 20 MINUTES.

Examinations 2020. Principals are requesterl to make allotment of canclidates in groups
and conduct Practical Examination in such a manner that there is no overlapping of
subjects for anv group. The grouping arrangement mar-le by the Principal should be
intimatecl to the External Examiners and Controller of Examinations at least two weeks
before the commencement of Practical Examinatior-s. The Practical Examinations are to be
concluctecl only within the dates mentioned in this programme and on the dates notified
bv the Principals. In case of violation of stipulated dates the Council reserves the right to
withholtl or cancel the result. Principals are also requirecl to submit the Practical marks
ancl Practical scripts in the Council within 7 (seven) tlays of completion of Practical
Examinations. The Examiners of Practical Examination shoulcl subn-rit the mark foils anc{
scripts to the Principals as soon as the Practical Examination is over. In casc. the Prit-rcipals
cio not get the marks/scripts within the stipulated period; they must intimate this to the
Council. Datc of submission oI valuecl scripts/mark foils etc. of Practical Exarninations in
Heacl office shall be notified later on. All Principals/ Heatlmasters/ Headmistresses are
recluestetl to circulate this ptogramme u,ell in arlvance in their respective institutions.
Further, it has come to the notice of the Council that the External Examiners so
appointed by the Council are not intimated by some Principals in time regarding
conduct of Practical Examinations on scheduled dates and other substitute External
Examiners are appointed in their place. when External Examiners fail to turn up with
sufficient grounds, the Principals/ Centre superintendents can appoint External
Examiners with prior permission of the Controller of Examinations. Henceforth, delay
in communication to the Original External E'xaminers and alternative arrangements by
the Principals / Centre superintendents without intimation to the Controller of
Examinations in time will be seriously viewed and the Centre Superintendents will be
held responsible for any action taken by the Council in this regard including withhold
or cance'llation of resu lts.
