Instructions for the On-Line Exam

• The midterm exam time will be for 24 hours, not a single second more.
• You will get the question over email. Responses to Midterm/any test will NOT be
acceptable as a reply to email send by the course instructor.
• You have to type your answers in a NEW MS-Word file according to the word limit
set in the question.
• You have to save the file with the name – MHR 413<>Midterm<>Your Name<>Your
Student ID
• Open a new email and attach the file. The subject of the email will be the same as
the file name MHR 413<>Midterm<>Your Name<>Your Student ID
• The answer script should be sent before 24 hours are over.
• No excuse for bad internet connections, no computer, no electricity, etc. will be
accepted unless you contact the course instructor before the exam.
• Anyone who does not follow this instruction exactly will get 5 marks deducted from
their total score.

5. Explain the four reasons of “Execution Gap” mentioned by Stephen Covey.
6. Explain the organization strategy of “distinctive capabilities” with Bangladeshi example.
