JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, _____________________and ___________________, of legal age,

filipino, married, and a resident of Barangay Carol-an, Kabankalan City, Negros
Occidental, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and state THAT;

1. We are present at the time the incident took place. We have witnessed the
events before, during and after the incident. A certification from the barangay
stating that we are present at the time the incident took place is herein attached and
marked as Annex 1;

2. We can testify that the respondent in this case did not stab the victim which
cause his death;

3. The event just happened after an altercation took place between the parties.
Things just happened on the spur of the moment;
