• Viruses are an area of pure programming (Wahshat et al,2007).

Explanation: Unlike other computer programs, Computer viruses carry intellectual functions on
protection from being found and destroyed.

• Viruses seem to be the only alive organisms in the computer environment, and yet
another main goal is survival(Wahshat et al,2007).
E:That is why they may have complex crypting/decrypting engines, which is indeed a sort of
a standard for computer viruses nowadays, in order to carry out processes of duplicating,
adaptation and disguise.

• Computer viruses and worms are an increasing problem for users of computers
throughout the world.(Dong et al., 2012)
E:Viruses halted or hindered operations at numerous businesses and other organizations,
disrupted ATMs, delayed airline flights, and even affected emergency call centers

• Today there are well over 100,000 known computer viruses.(Al Daoud et al., 2008)
E:Studies and researches show that a computer connected to the Internet may experience an
attack every 39 seconds. New vulnerabilities in the system are discovered every few days.

• Lone wolves or programmers groups writes computer viruses. (Wahshat et al, 2007)
E:Using special programs called "Virus creators". Though to write something really
new and remarkable programmer should have some extra knowledge and skills.

• Infections spreading over scale-free networks are highly resilient to control strategies
based on randomly vaccinating or otherwise disabling vertices.(Albert et al, 2000)
E:This is bad news for traditional computer virus prevention efforts, which use roughly this
strategy. On the other hand, targeted vaccination, in which one immunizes the highest-degree
vertices, can be very effective
