Education : Bachelor of Laws

Training : Two (2) years of relevant experience

Work Experience : Eight (8) hours of relevant training

2. Photocopy of the Individual Commitment and Performance Review (IPCR) for the last rating period ( if
applicable);
3. Authenticated copy of certificate of eligibillity/rating/license;
4. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records (TOR);
