1 Stone paints
Painting Stones and Rocks
You Will Need:

 Stones
 Acrylic paint
 Water container
 Small paint brushes
 An old t-shirt or apron

2 Potato printing

1 Paper or fabric

2 few potatoes
3 metal cookie cutters
4 normal kitchen knife
5 sponge cloth or roller
6 acrylic or fabric paint

, Create some fun stamps using potatoes! Make shapes, numbers,


alphabet letters, funny faces or any other image you have in mind. Use
the potato stamps for fun art and learning activities.

CREATE POTATO STAMPS IN 4 EASY STEPS


3 Play dough

You Will Need:

 2 cups of plain flour

 1 cup of salt

 1 tablespoon of oil

 half to 1 cup of cold water

 2 drops of liquid food coloring

Mix the flour and salt then add the water, oil and food coloring. Knead
the mixture well, adding a little more flour if the consistency is too wet.
4 Treasure / nature hunt

To go on your own nature scavenger hunt, you’ll need:

 space outside – a garden, park, or yard


 basket (option) or bag

We searche nature for things like:

small flower

big flower

plant with no flower

big leaves

small leaves

something in kids favorite color

Get outside and play with an easy nature scavenger hunt for
kids! kids love this simple gross motor play activity!
5 Hand prints

It's always lovely to get hand prints and foot prints


from your little ones to capture that moment with
family time.
6 Shadow drawing

All you need is the sun for this one, although you could
always use a lamp if needs be.
Ask your child to get their favorite animals or characters
out and they can easily draw around the shadows. You
might get even more peace while they spend time
coloring them in too.
