The prayer was led by Mirembe Sylvia who committed the

meeting in the hands of the lord

MIN 2INTRODUCTION

All members introduced themselves by mentioning their names

and location.

MIN 3COMMUNICATION FROM CHAIRPERSON

The chairperson thanked all the members for having come to

the meeting, he also welcomed those who come far way from Iganga
once more for the effort being put

He also adivised us to follow the rules and regulation of the president

that lets kept washing hands for our safety and lives

He also encouraged members to committee themselves in the

association activities as required .
He talked about the issue of opening up an account where members
funds will be kept for safety reasons .and encouraged members to
save more for their benefits of their interest for future
