Analysis Activity: Analogies and Intelligence Concept: Analogies, which measure our ability to perceive relationships, appeat on most ineelligence-telaced cests—including the SAT. One of the subtests on che WAIS-R, _measues respondents’ abilities to see similarities. The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is a difficult 50-minute test consisting of 100 verbal analogies, which was developed to measure scholastic aptitude for graduate study. Tt has also been used for selection and placement in industry.
