Day 1 to 5:
Activity 1: Warm up
 Start your day with simple warm-up exercises
 Children can practice doing the same while watching the video.
 Parents can also accompany them.
 Open the given video, watch and follow.
Activity 2: Four Corners
Equipment Required: None
How to Play:
Open the given video and watch.

How to set up: For four corners game, you will need five people. One of the
players will be in the middle and the others will be in four different corners.
The corners will be numbered with the corresponding numbers from 1 to 4.
This game can be organized indoor as well as outdoor. Players in the four
corners are given a few seconds to pick up their place and stay there.

How to play:

 Step 1:  Divide the team in four / five


 Step 2: Each occupies the corner of 15 yard square
 Step 3: Select one as a denner who will stand in the center of the
square.
 Step 4: When the denner gives the signal all the team member cross
over diagonally when the denner tries to tag them.
