I am writing this letter to communicate my recommendation for Dawn Harrell, whom I had the privilege to
work with and get to know these last few years. I had the pleasure of being her instructor at Rasmussen
College. I have been a critical care nurse for 18 years; and during this last semester I was her clinical
educator.

Dawn is an outstanding nurse and demonstrates initiative that will make her very successful in her career.
I have great respect for Dawn as an individual and as a professional. Dawn has great critical thinking
skills. She is confident in everything she puts her mind to and works great under pressure. Dawn was
able to participate in simulations in critical care environments and jumped right in for CPR and rapid
response. Dawn works well with others and is always smiling. She has a great attitude and demonstrates
great skill in the clinical setting. She is very organized and performs tasks with comfort and ease of
experience.

Dawn learns easily and with little supervision; she tackles any task assigned to her with no problem and
without hesitation. Dawn is always exceeding expectations. She has my highest recommendation and I
would appreciate it if you give her your strongest consideration.
