organizational change?
Answer: There are many factors that are
causing change in an organisation some
of the following are the most common
reason of change in organizations
 competition,
 sudden technological change - obsolete the existing
processes/ practices,
 uncompromising demands from clients in terms of
quality, cost, timely delivery.

1.Competition : to be successful,
remain competitive is the key mantra
by adopting the latest and innovative
practices (Incl. technology-commerce –
social aspects), suited to individual
organizations.
2. Technology: Innovation &
Technology will be the two key
lifelines survival. Success positions
with quick acclimatization of latest
technology and its implementation
3. Compulsive demand from the Client / customer also pushes a supplier organization
to change with respect to their processes, product / service lines. etc. to bring the deliverable
to expected level. Three important aspects I mention here is “Quality at
Competitive Cost on Time”
