Mr Yap,

We hereby surrender possession of the property occupied by ABC International Education Corporation
and all rights to it to the lessor, the Building A Residences.

This is to further verify that we have completely vacated the above premises and that nothing of value
remains after the building management advised on the non-removal of the class cubicles and workstations
in some areas of the leased space. In the event Building A Residences should find any furniture, or other
items of property of the ABC International Education Corporation in or about the above premises, we
hereby certify that it has no value and may be discarded. ABC International Education Corporation also
hereby transfers the ownership of the hot showers, toilet bidets, mirrors, and window and split-type air
conditioning units in all the residential rooms and office spaces previously occupied by the lessee.

Finally, this letter recognizes the approval of Mr Yap that the rented spaces surrendered were in good
condition and the tenant is free from any liability from property damages after the inspection done last
August 24, 2019.

ABC International Education Corporation is grateful for the opportunity given by the Building A
Residences to be its lessee-partner in the entire period of the school’s business operations.
