In our opinion, the next days will show that; The need for rapid communication brought about

by globalization, increasing the value of information and time will gradually increase the
interest in electronic books. The change in reading and research habits, the increase in
curiosity towards different cultures, the increase in travel, and the intense interest in different
languages make ebooks more attractive. Imagine that you will be able to carry all the books
you want to read on long trips or holidays. Moreover, it is both light and without taking up
any space. When you move from one place to another, your entire library will be on a thin
device instead of books. Your books that will not be damaged by rain, moisture, dust and
many other external effects. You will be able to go anywhere with your library whenever you
want. You are a famous writer and you want your new book to go on sale not only in your
country, but all over the world at the same time. You can present your e-book to your readers
all over the world by protecting copyrights over the internet, at a more attractive price for
readers, and through a reputable electronic publishing channel. Or you are an amateur writer
and want to have your book published. You can publish your book for yourself and your
readers at a reasonable price through a smaller e-publisher or a new publication called self-
publishing, and you can step into writing.
In countries where the e-book industry is developed, copyright protection of rights holders is
protected by law in ebooks as well as in printed books. However, even though there is still no
definitive solution for copyright infringements, even though the printed publications do not
have a deterrence to the sanctions, how to solve this problem in electronic publications that
