Resolution No.01 s 2019

Resolution signifying our intention to apply for registration to the department of labor and
employment (DOLE) surigao del sur Provincial office at tandag city for the purpose / purposes
stated herein; to wit:

Whereas, Lianga II District General Parents and Teachers Association Federation is an organized
association for the purpose of protecting the welfare of our children in their Education processes.

Whereas, Lianga II District GPTA is required to have a set/ Membership in the local school board
of LGU Municipality of Lianga; provided that it is registered in any National Govt. Agency.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of ________________________ duly seconded by all members

present it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to signify our intention to apply for registration to the
department of labor and Employment (DOLE) Surigao del Sur Provincial Office Tandag City for the
purpose stated above.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward a copy of this Resolution to the office of DOLE Tandag City for
appropriate action.
