In the times of war, countries are not only dependent on military dominance, but also the

Fourth Estate is heavily involved. It is commonly called the fourth power in some
languages, and as the name implies press and news media have the explicit capacity to
frame political and social issues. Media consumption is always on in demand, as it is
presented with more ease than ever before. With such abundance, people would not
bother to verify sources, as our ancestors did in the past. I believe that whoever
dominates media could persuade the public to change their perspectives.

New technologies make dealing with more information than ever before possible. These
flexible resources have the potential to track media manipulation and misleading stories.
Nevertheless, the willingness to confront deliberately misinformation is a rare quality that
requires a sort of dedication.

Unfortunately, today's middle classes have become so overburdened with stress and
obligations. Even with all of that frustration, a great deal many are aware of biased news
stories. However, news networks are continuously bombarding the audience with their
hoaxes, a strategic way to persuade people through consistency.

Controlling the main media streams would eventually result in people's persuasion to
adopt the censors' opinions. As a result of saturation coverage, people are not willing to
refuse and question every single piece of information they get. Critical thinking is an
attitude of a minority and media sources are aware of that, allowing them to apply a
concept of authority on whatever field they are specialized in.
