COUNTABLE NOUNS
Are nouns that you can separate and count one by one.
Ex. Apples, tree, cups

• They exist in singular and plural form.


Ex.
We bought 3 apples. / We bought an apple.

They planted a tree. / They planted 5 trees.


UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS
• Uncountable nouns
Are nouns that you cannot count separately.
Ex. Water, rice, shampoo

• They just exist in singular form.


Ex.
She has shampoo.

We cooked rice.

They served a lot of juice.
