शब्द जो शब्दकोष के अनुसार होता
है , एक ऐसी स्थिति जिसमें विभिन्न
तत्व समान होते हैं या सही अनुपात
में होते हैं। जब खाना पकाने के
दौरान आपकी पसंदीदा डिश की
सामग्री, या रसायन विज्ञान या गणित
में समीकरणों की बात आती है , या
जब यह एक पोटें शियोमीटर में

ु न बिंद ु की बात आती है या
जब किसी विशेष प्रजाति की आबादी
में संतुलन की बात आती है तो

ु न बहुत महत्वपर्ण
ू भमि
ू का
निभाता है एक वास।

यहाँ, यह उल्लेखनीय है , कि लापरवाही

या अज्ञानता का एक भी एक परू ी

ु या जेंडर बैलेंस की मांग कर रही है ... कार्यस्थल पर लिंग संतल
ु न, खेल में , धन में , अधिकारों
में । संतुलन कुछ ऐसा नहीं है जो केवल समाज के सभी सदस्यों को समान बनाए रखेगा, बल्कि यह कुछ
ऐसा है जो समाज के सभी सदस्यों की इच्छा रखता है , कि वे आकांक्षा करें और सबसे महत्वपर्ण
ू बात,
कुछ ऐसा है जो हमारे समाज का सार है , जिस स्थिति में प्रकृति इसकी माध्य स्थिति है ।

यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस, संतल

ु ान की इच्छा है कि वह समाज को अपनी स्थिति में वापस
लाए। संतालान का उद्देश्य लोगों के जीवन को प्रभावित करना है और न केवल संख्या में बल्कि मल्
ू य,
सम्मान, सम्मान और नेतत्ृ व में भी खोए हुए लिंग संतल
ु न को रोकना है ।

हैं जैसे कि चेयरपर्सन, मुख्य परिचालन अधिकारी, मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी आदि)। कार्यालय में दे र से
काम करने के लिए या दे र रात कार्यालय पार्टियों के लिए बाहर जाने के लिए या बच्चे को दे ने के समय
या किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के घर पर बीमार होने पर या यहां तक कि पुरुष समकक्षों के काम पर संदेह होने
पर महिला कर्मचारी की सीमा नीति बनाने या प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग या ईआरपी या सीएडी इत्यादि जैसे
सॉफ्टवेयर्स के उपयोग की उसकी संभावनाएं, व्यावहारिक कांच की छत के व्यावहारिक होने के कुछ
उदाहरण हैं।

महिलाओं को कमजोर और इच्छा की वस्तुओं के रूप में जांचने वाली महिलाएं। उदाहरण के लिए, दे वी दर्गा

के साथ महिषासुर के युद्ध का मामला, जैसा कि श्रीमद दे वी भागवत महापुराण में वर्णित है । राक्षस
महिषासरु ने भगवान ब्रह्मा को अपनी तपस्या के माध्यम से समाप्त कर दिया और जब भगवान ब्रह्मा
ने वरदान मांगने के लिए आशीर्वाद दिया, तो उन्होंने केवल एक महिला के माध्यम से मत्ृ यु की मांग की
क्योंकि यह उसके लिए असंभव लग रहा था। तस्मान्न मरनम ननम कमनयह कयउ पदमज।  अबला हन्तु
कथम शक्त भवतिति। इसके बाद, महिषासुर ने स्वर्ग में दे वताओं पर हमला किया और हराया। उसके
नियंत्रण में स्वर्ग का सिंहासन होने के बाद, उसकी दनि
ु या भर की यातनाएँ और भी बढ़ गईं। यह तब था
कि सभी दे वताओं ने अपनी ऊर्जा को अठारह हाथों से ऊर्जा का एक शानदार रूप और एक महिला के रूप
में माथे पर तीसरी (दिव्य) आंख को आकार दे ने के लिए समर्पित किया। यह दे वी दर्गा
ु थीं! सुंदर दे वी दर्गा
ु
के एक नज़र में , महिषासरु को अपने कामक
ु चंगल
ु से पकड़ लिया गया था। अब, दे वी दर्गा
ु को अपनी स्त्री
के रूप में प्राप्त करना उनका एकमात्र उद्देश्य था। इसके लिए, उन्होंने अपने कई साहसी सेनानियों को दे वी
दर्गा
ु के पास अपने राक्षस राजा के सामने आत्मसमर्पण करने के लिए एक दलील के साथ भेजा। लेकिन,
उनके आश्चर्य के लिए, दे वी दर्गा
ु ने महिषासुर को उसके साथ युद्ध के लिए चुनौती दी और कहा, "मैं तुम्हें
ू ी"। ययोक्तम ् नेत्रबन्निस्तवम ् हनिश्च पार्थिवम । उल्ले
अपनी आंख की रोशनी से मार दं ग ् खनीय है कि दे वी
दर्गा
ु ने अपनी तीसरी (दिव्य) आंख के बारे में बात की थी, जिसे महिषासरु और उनके परिजनों ने नश्वर
आंखों की वासना का प्रतीक माना था और उन्होंने इसे दे वी से कामुक सगाई के प्रस्ताव के रूप में खरीदा
था। अंत में , महिषासुर युद्ध के मैदान में दिखाई दिए और कई रूपों में दे वी की सुंदरता से लड़े। लेकिन, दे वी
दर्गा
ु ने राक्षस का वध किया और उसके क्रूर हथियार से उसके जीवन की कहानी को समाप्त कर
दिया। इत्युकत्त्व दारुणं चक्रम ममोचम जगदम्बिका। शिराश्चिनं रथाग्ना दानवास्य तदा राणे।

राक्षस महिषासरु समाज की अज्ञानता का प्रतीक है ।  एक ऐसा समाज जो महिलाओं को उनके सम्मान और
प्रतिष्ठा के विस्तार में विफल करता है । अपने माथे पर एक तीसरी (दिव्य) आंख वाली दे वी दर्गा
ु अपनी
पूर्ण क्षमता में एक आदर्श महिला का प्रतीक है।  राक्षस महिषासुर का वध करके, दे वी दर्गा
ु ने न केवल
महिलाओं की खुद की और गरिमा की रक्षा की, बल्कि एक बदलाव एजेंट के रूप में भी काम किया जो
महिलाओं को युगों से प्रेरित करता है। एक परिवर्तन एजेंट वह है जो मौजूदा जड़ता के खिलाफ खड़े होने
के लिए ताकत और साहस जट
ु ाता है और उसे / उसे दे खकर दस
ू रों को भी उसके द्वारा प्रज्वलित परिवर्तन
के उसी रास्ते पर ले जाता है । दे वी दर्गा
ु का मामला महिलाओं को अपनी तीसरी (दिव्य) आंख प्रज्वलित
करने, अपनी पूरी क्षमता तक पहुंचने और परिवर्तन एजेंट बनने की प्रेरणा दे ता है ।

महिलाओं के सम्मान की ऐसी गौरवशाली संस्कृति का पन

ु रुत्थान आज भी संभव है ; एकमात्र शर्त यह है
कि महिला अपने अस्पष्ट आयाम की खोज करती है जो उसकी तीसरी (दिव्य) आंख है , जो कि उसकी पूरी
क्षमता को जीने के लिए, माथे पर स्थित आत्म (आत्मा या शद्ध
ु चेतना) का आसन है । आत्म-साक्षात्कार की
प्रक्रिया आध्यात्मिक रूप से एक को सशक्त बनाती है क्योंकि सच्चा आत्म दिव्य ऊर्जा का बारहमासी
स्रोत है । शैक्षिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक सशक्तिकरण के साथ महिलाओं के समग्र
सशक्तिकरण की परिभाषा तब तक अधूरी है , जब तक कि यह आध्यात्मिक सशक्तिकरण के पूरक नहीं
हैं।

"महिलाओं! मत भूलो, आप एक ही दे वी दर्गा

ु के अवतार हैं! अपनी अहमियत जानो! अपनी क्षमता को

 Conversation Between The Tears!

The moment the baby comes out of the mother's womb and steps in this world, it cries. The
same baby, when becomes an adult and deals with the challenges of life, he cries. That
adult, towards the end of life, when he meets the physical and mental pain, he cries. People
cry out of emotions which could be pain, hatred, anxiety, etc. But there are times when
people cry out of empathy, love, separation and sometimes because they have been strong
for too long. Let's witness a story of a true Spiritual Master and his disciple who once cried a
lot out of separation. When the disciple and the Spiritual Master could not talk to each other,
their tears dropped into a conversation which was very deep and heart touching.

Once upon a time there was a Spiritual Master who used to live in a small village in India.
Devotees would come to listen to his spiritual discourses from different parts of the world.
Being a True Spiritual Master he would enlighten people by initiating them into the science of
Self Realisation. The Master would give all his time to his devotees by guiding them through
the spiritual path, and helping them attain peace. Devotees loved their Master so much that
for his one glimpse they would spend hours and sometimes days together; and they would
feel themselves to be the luckiest ones on Earth if the Master smilingly looked back at them.
For devotees who were close to the Master, eating food and drinking water was not as
important as seeing him and paying salutations in his lotus feet every day.  
For the benefit of one and all, for the benefit of mother Earth, the Master once went into a
deep state of meditation. In order to make sure that the Master is not disturbed, nobody was
allowed to see or meet him. The Master who used to guide his disciples through spiritual
discourses, whose guidance was sought for every activity in the ashram, took to the silent
mode. The disciples could not think of anything else but to practice meditation as was taught
by the revered Master himself. To stay away from the Master was a testing time for all his
devotees. They would miss talking to him, but simultaneously tried to be strong and focused
on the activities they were supposed to do as a true disciple. Days, months and years
passed by, but the Master was still in deep meditation.

One of the disciples, whose name was Vivek was really close to the Master. As taught by the
Master, Vivek would not just do his routine practice of meditation and selfless service
religiously, but also encouraged other disciples to stay motivated and united. Vivek was very
enthusiastic and strong, mentally as well as emotionally. Rather than drowning himself in the
pool of sadness, he preferred spending his time practising every single commandment of his
Master. Once, Vivek went to his Master's room where he saw a chair, which was nicely
decorated but was lying empty for years. That was the chair on which the Master used to sit
and guide his disciples. Near the legs of the chair was placed a small, round, saffron-
coloured cushion, on which the Master used to rest his lotus feet. Finding himself alone in
the room, he sat down near the cushion and started cherishing the golden moments he
spent with the Master.
In no time, the otherwise strong Vivek was all in tears. Unable to control his emotions,
resting his forehead on that cushion, he cried out from a choking throat, “Oh Master, I can't
be strong anymore; please come back.” Thinking that the Master is not happy and that's the
reason he is not talking to him, Vivek cried even more. He thought whether his Master would
also miss him! For about an hour Vivek cried and the entire cushion became wet with tears.
Nobody came to console him. Not even the Master.

Vivek somehow tried to control his emotions and returned to his room. At night, when he
slept, he was blessed with a beautiful, divine vision. He saw that every single tear drop that
came out of his eyes reached the Master, whose eyes were also wet in love for his disciple.
No words were exchanged but the Master's and disciple's tears went into a
conversation…     
Disciple's tears: Oh Lord, the pain of separation has grown so much that now a river can be
formed out of me. Please come back my Master.
Master's tears: Do you know where this river of tears is heading to?
Disciple's tears: No Master.
Master's tears: Like any other river, it's going to meet the ocean.
Disciple's tears: Which ocean, Master?
Master's tears: It's the ocean where my tears reside. Unlike the river of your tears, it does
not flow from my eyes, but it certainly stays there.
Disciple's tears: Ocean of tears in your eyes, Master? But why?
Master's tears: Do you want to know how this ocean was formed? …I gave everything I had
to my disciples because I love them with all my heart. I gave them the most precious
knowledge of Brahm Gyan without actually testing their will and without considering their
past karmas. I easily gave them the Divine Eye, which could otherwise be earned only after
so many years of true discipleship. I never asked for anything in return but I always had a
hope. A hope that one day my disciples would understand me and the importance of the
Knowledge I have bestowed upon them. This ocean of tears in my eyes is formed from those
hopes which have remained unfulfilled for decades.
 MY THREE MOTHERS
Who is my mother? What can I do for my mother? How important is my mother to me? ...These are
the questions that crop in our mind when we take a broader view of the word 'mother'. However, there
may be many who would laugh at these questions and at me who is discussing them... Because mother
is a common word known to each one of us– a mother gives us birth, rears us with great love and
sacrifice, and teaches us from the first day as to how to live in this world. Undoubtedly, all this is true.
Then why to unnecessarily raise all these questions in the present context? Here is the reason...
Actually, we need to look at the word from a broader perspective. For us, the meaning of 'mother' is
the one who gave us birth. But, in reality, we all have three mothers. Don't get startled because this is
quite a true statement.

One mother is our own mother, who gave us birth and provided us with comforts of all kinds by
taking the troubles on herself. Had she not carefully reared us, we would have perhaps not survived in
many cases. She deserves our gratefulness to the maximum. We have to prove ourselves worthy of
her affection and sacrifice. We have to not only obey her but look after her as best as we can when she
grows old or is at the brink of suffering. We have come to this world due to her. Her milk of kindness
runs through our veins. So, we owe a lot to her.

We have a second mother, a greater one– our 'Mother Earth'. We live on this earth and it bears all our
burdens. We consume everything from her treasury– we drink water, breathe air and grow crops.
Mother earth witnesses all our good and bad deeds. We ill-treat her, but she tolerates everything. In
return of her kindness, we ruin and exploit her by taking away everything in the name of our greed.
By taking away timber and the forest wealth, we have exposed her to the calamities like floods and
droughts. We have polluted its atmosphere to the extent that at some places, its air has turned
poisonous. What have we done to repay its debt? Instead, we have filled our bellies with her treasure
and are still hungry. Our heads should bend in shame on realising the extent of humiliation we have
caused to our 'Mother Earth'. In fact, our sins are unpardonable.
'Jananijanmabhoomischaswargadapigariyasi'(Mother Earth is superior to the Heaven)– This has been
the teaching of the enlightened saints to the children of Mother Earth. But, thanks to our sheer
selfishness that we have turned this heavenly earth into hell today!

Our third mother and the greatest of all is God. 'Twamevamaata cha pitaatwameva...' (You are my
mother and You are my father, O God)– has been our refrain. We are the children of God. But it is a
matter of great sorrow that we have today forgotten God completely in our day-to-day business. Not
just that! We have gone to the extent of denying the very existence of God– our Creator! How
thankless we are! God has created this universe. He has been kind enough to give us life and the
means to sustain life. But, if we assess our own doings, it will be concluded that we have always
betrayed God. We have disturbed world peace by our deeds. God sent us to cherish the feelings of
cooperation and brotherhood. But, we ruled out these attributes owing to our selfishness and narrow-
mindedness. God wanted us to follow the path of truth, ethics, morality and spirituality. We instead
followed the path of falsity and immorality. We fight with each other, snatch away peace from others,
cross out factors like humanity and responsibility– all in the name of our selfishness and narrow-
mindedness.

Friends, just once, remember your three mothers and the gifts they have given to you. Shake your
inner consciousness and realise what we are doing in return of their immeasurable kindness. Ponder as
to how you can repay them for their blessings. In fact, join the mission of those great ones, who have
made it their sole motto to establish peace in the world...who have the courage and capability to
accomplish this great task...and who are working day and night to apprise people of their duty towards
society and God. If you do it, you will indeed be among those who make this earth a real heaven,
where peace and serenity reigns supreme.
